1 General Rules & Eligibility

• Single Account Policy: Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth when registering.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Account Security: You must not share your password or login credentials with anyone.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Maximum Deposit: BDT 50,000 per day; contact support for a higher limit.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Applicable once per person or household.
• Wagering Requirements: The specified wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds (generally 20x to 40x).
• Validity: If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent information will result in all accounts being closed.

• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both parties will receive a bonus, subject to terms and conditions.

5 Prohibited Activities

39ko is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited, and any account found engaging in such activities will be suspended immediately.

• Fraud & Manipulation: Using any software, bots, or automated tools to manipulate games.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one account under the same identity.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or breach the security of the platform.
• Third-Party Betting: Placing bets using another person's account or on behalf of someone else.
• False Information: Submitting fake identification or false information during verification.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

8 Account Suspension & Closure

You may request to close your 39ko account at any time. Equally, 39ko reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the event of a Terms violation.

• Inactive Account: An account may be declared inactive if there is no activity for 12 months.
• Closure for Violations: If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any remaining bonus will be forfeited; valid deposits will be returned.
• Appeals Process: If you wish to appeal an account closure, you may contact support within 30 days.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team first. We aim to provide an initial response within 48 hours.

• 39ko's decision will be considered final, though an option to appeal will be available.
• Before taking any dispute to court, an attempt to resolve it through arbitration must be made.

39ko is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in certain respects. 39ko is not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity failures, or third-party service failures.

• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
• 39ko is not responsible for failures caused by external payment systems.
• 39ko is not responsible for issues arising from a user's own device or connection.
• 39ko is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or war.
